Seals change

In the second month after the hydraulic breaker was mounted with the cat320 excavator( 20 ton class), Daniel contacted us on whatsapp.

It seemed something went wrong with the seal kit.

The seals kit for DEHN1400 consists of 3 layers, separately protecting the hammer body from dust, oil and piston damage.

Normally it was not supposed to be damaged so soon.

It was weird so we asked for more information to confirm how it happened.

Meanwhile, according to the video he sent, the engineer made some suggestions to his client to make his work more productive.

Besides checking details, we mentioned that one set of seals kit could be sent freely for compensation if it ended up quality issues.

Luckily, it was just a mistake. Even better? He started a new order.

Daily maintenance

The 20 ton hydraulic breaker is meant to work under tough conditions, and it needs maintenance.

It is our duty to offer maintenance profiles and necessary guidance.

An after-service pack with all necessary files, as well as a series of service videos get all covered.
